Obituary of NELL DOUGLASS

Nell MacRae Douglass entered into eternal rest on July 3, 2010. Nell was born on September 20, 1928, in Wadesboro, NC. She was the daughter of Lida Lawson and Duncan Steel MacRae. She was retired from the South Carolina Employment Security Commission and was a member of the St. Andrew?s Lutheran Church. Nell is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Tony Foltz; niece, Kim Sullivan and Kim's husband, Lawrence, and their son, Gus , all of Putney, VT; and her niece, Mary Louise Anderson and Mary Louise's husband, John, of Charlotte, NC. Nell's brother, Duncan MacRae, and her mother and father predeceased her. Memorial graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Sumter Hwy., Columbia, SC on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at 1:00 pm. Relatives and friends may call at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 845 Leesburg Rd., from 11:30am until the time of the services. The family requests memorials be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
