Obituary of Barbara K. Hatfield

Barbara K. Hatfield, 86, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Born on March 1, 1935 in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lottie Hodge. 

Mrs. Hatfield was loved by many, many family members and friends. She was a member of Springdale Baptist Church. 

She is survived by her son, James B. Kelly (Liz); grandchildren, Charlie Butler, Michael Butler, Billy Kelly, Melissa Crumpton (Brandon), and Amanda Perry (Chris); along with numerous great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving daughter, Brenda Butler; sister, Jackie Overpeck; and brothers, Carol Hodge and Johnny Hodge.  

A service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Springdale Baptist Church in West Columbia, SC. A viewing will be held 1 hour before the service at the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Springdale Baptist Church missions.
