Paul was a wonderful man. I met Paul and his wife Sherry through my mom many years ago. He was kind and had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. He was an awesome cook and the best griller I’ve ever known. I will forever be thankful for the tips on how to make bacon and cookies in the air fryer. Anyone that knew him and had his cooking would agree. He was an animal lover at heart. He was definitely devoted to “his girls” and worried about what would happen to them once he was gone. I hope he knows that they are being taken care of. Thanks for the open invite to come to Sunday coffee with my mom as a tag along. I’ll miss the random recipes and the “what I would do” stories. You always made me laugh with those. You fought hard so now it’s time to rest. You will certainly be missed by many.
