MJ and Girls my deepest sympathy and condolences. Tom was one of Those Good Ole Boys ! The four of us Tom Mike Bill and myself had alot of Great times together back in the 60's and 70's .We were Hellian's but never done anyone any harm. But we left alot of Rubber on the Asphalt on the roads in the North Country. Helped each other make it thru high school as we each had our own bright spots and together we made a pretty Smart bunch.Always there for each other. We all drifted our seperate ways but still managesd to keep in touch from time to time over All these years. I'll miss you Buddy untill I see you on the othe side. Love you and RIP. LeRoy Jackson

Although I have known Mary-Jean for a number of years. I finally got to meet Tom at a race in Darlington, SC. I walked away from that initial meeting feeling like a member of the family. He welcomed me in to his home as if he'd known me forever. If I had a woodworking question, I knew who to reach out to.Tom,you shared a wealth of knowledge with your trucking stories.I will carry that with me until my final mile. Go rest easy.Your shift is now over Driver.. We'll carry the load from here.. Hammer down, heaven bound.

My sincerest condolences to the Trombley family. Tom worked for our family trucking business (Pride Transport) in the early 90’s (Watertown, NY / Rocky Mount, NC). Tom was a great guy and very dedicated to his job, it was always a pleasure having a conversation with him. The industry will never replace a driver like Tom. He always had a smile and a good laugh, don’t think he was ever upset. I’ll never forget Tom and Dickey Chisholm. RIP, Tom. Keep on Truckin!

To Mary Jean,
During this most difficult time, may you listen for the voice of the Lord and take comfort in His love. He is always with us, even in our hour of darkness.
Eternal rest grant unto Tom, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon Tom. May his soul of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
