Obituary of Gail Mullinax Koger

Gail Mullinax Koger, 80, formally of Charleston, SC, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 at her residence in Lexington, SC.

Gail was born in Charleston on August 15, 1940. In her younger years, Gail would reupholster the cars her husband would rebuild. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dog mom.

She is survived by her sister and brother in law, Diane and Ronald Cook; brother, Lee Mullinax; daughters and son in laws: Sandra and David Painter and Lisa and Eddie Waller; grandchildren: Tara, Kristina, Melissa, Luke & Autumn; great-grandchildren: Aaron, Sahar, Raylan, Destiny & Zoey; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie E. Koger; her parents; her sister, Sandra King; and her son, Johnnie E. Koger Jr.

No memorial is planned at this time.
